Paper Submission

We invite contributions covering the above aspects in Web-based learning. Papers can be presentation of research results and case studies of individual experience and work in progress. Papers should be of high quality, original, unpublished, and not submitted elsewhere. Authors of contributed papers are asked to submit a paper with 5000 words for the respective contribution electronically in the one of the following two ways:

1. via the conference Web page (http://139.132.118.102/icwl2003/submit.html)

2. via email attachment to wanlei@deakin.edu.au

You may submit your papers in PDF, MS Word, or Postscript format.

Papers will be reviewed internationally by at least three referees and selected based on their originality, significance, correctness, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer Verlag LNCS (Lecture Notes in Computer Science), and best ranked papers in a special issue of an international journal.
