Abstract: 

Increasingly, academic institutions have to quickly respond to changes within and outside their borders. Changes in operations and regulations require them communicate quickly and effectively to dispersed groups of students, lecturers and staff. For a long time, institutions that implement e-learning, expecting cost-effectiveness and convenience, have faced complex implementations of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content creation tools that require expensive consultant hours and teams of trained programmers. How can you enrich learning resources and make them available when and where they're needed most in a cost effective manner?

Adobe would like to show a new approach - rapid e-learning - that will dramatically simplify the creation and delivery of online learning resources. Faculty staff and students can use familiar tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint to produce education and training materials to support classroom instruction and distance learning. You will also see how you can quickly combine existing learning assets with real-time interactivity for collaborative teaching and learning experiences.
