Authors are invited to submit original papers reporting research results or novel applications in web-based learning. Papers for submissions should be formatted in single column, single spacing of no more than 12 pages for final version. All papers should be submitted in PDF format accroding to the instructions of Springer's Lecture Notes of Computer Science. The informal pre-conference proceedings will be available at the conferences. The papers presented at the conference will undergo another round of review and selected ones will be published as a volume in Springer's LNCS. Best paper award(s) and best student paper award(s) will be given to the best papers presented in the conference. Authors of the best papers presented in the conference may be invited to submit extended versions of their papers for possible publication in a special issue of ACM Trans. on Internet Technologies and/or a special issue of World Wide Web: Internet and Web Information Systems (WWWJ) on Web-based Learning.
