Paper Submission

We invite contributions covering the above aspects in Web-based learning. Papers can be presentation of research results and case studies of individual experience and work in progress. Papers should be of high quality, original, unpublished, and not submitted elsewhere. Authors of contributed papers are asked to submit a paper with 5000 words for the respective contribution to the Conference Secretary according to the format specified in General Information for Authors at the conference Web page Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by a major international publisher, and best ranked papers in a special issue of the International Journal of Distance Education Technologies, on the focus Web-based Learning Systems (postscript version).
