		The conference program consists of high quality technical papers that
		are reviewed and selected by an international program committee. Papers are
		solicited on all technical aspects of web-based learning and related
		technologies, including but not limited to the following topics:
             
		Paper Submissione-Learning Platforms and ToolsWeb-based Learning for Oriental LanguagesMobile e-learningLearning Resource Deployment, Organization and ManagementDesign, Model and Framework of E-learning SystemsE-learning StandardsPractice and Experience SharingPedagogical Issues 
 Authors are invited to submit original papers reporting on research 
     	results or novel applications in web-based learning. Papers for 
     	submissions should be formatted in single column of no more than
     	10 pages in single line spacing for review. All papers should be submitted
     	in PDF format. Submission details will be announced here shortly. 
     	All accepted papers will appear in a Conference Proceedings to be
     	distributed during the conference. All accepted full papers 
     	presented in the conference will be published
     	as a volume in Lecture Notes in Computer Science,
     	to be distributed after the conference.
 
 
  Full Paper Submission Deadline: March 23, 2007 (extended) 
 We also welcome poster paper submissions to disseminate initial ideas and 
			latest findings. Poster papers should be formatted in the same way as full 
			papers, except that they should be no more than 4 pages in length.
