Camera Ready Copy Submission

The final camera-ready paper must be revised according to the review comments, edited according to the Springer LNCS format and submitted together with the Springer copyright form by ***May 29th*** to the ICWL 2009 submission site. Note that this is a hard deadline and cannot be extended. The instructions for the preparation and submission of manuscripts, and the Springer copyright form are available via:

Please comply with the following steps carefully in preparation for your camera-ready paper:

Step 1

Format your paper according to LNCS template

Please download the author package from:

http://www.hkws.org/events/icwl2009/submission/author_package.zip

You should prepare your manuscript according to the Springer's LNCS template (MS Word or LaTex).

***FULL PAPER***

The length of full papers is limited to ten (10) pages. Up to two (2) extra pages are acceptable for full papers, but will be charged at USD$100 per page. It is very important that the author uses the LNCS template (MS Word, LaTex) and follows exactly the format specified in the instructions.

***SHORT PAPER***

The length of short papers is limited to four (4) pages. Up to one (1) extra page is acceptable for short papers, but will be charged at USD$100 per page. It is very important that the author uses the LNCS template (MS Word, LaTex) and follows exactly the format specified in the instructions.

Step 2

Generate the corresponding PDF file of your manuscript

Step 3

Complete the attached file readme.txt

You should fill in the surnames of all authors, first names of all authors, contact author's name and mailing address as well as the contact author's email in the attached file readme.txt

Step 4

Complete the copyright form

You may either

  1. print it (cr.pdf) and scan the completed form to obtain the electronic format (in PDF), or
  2. complete and attach the digital signature directly to the original copyright form (cr.pdf) file The completed copyright form in electronic format (in PDF) should be renamed to be ICWLXXXXcr.pdf where ICWLXXXX is your paper ID stated above.

Step 5

Open up a folder using the paper ID of your paper stated above, i.e. ICWLXXXX

Step 6

Place the following 4 items in the folder ICWLXXXX (created from Step 5):

  1. the paper source files (from Step 1). Note that you should include all the source files, e.g., if you are using Latex, then you should include LaTeX2e files for the text and PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures, as well as the Final DVI file.
  2. the PDF file (from Step 2)
  3. the readme.txt file (from Step 3)
  4. the copyright form file (from Step 4)

Step 7

zip up the folder from Step 6 and call it ICWLXXXX.zip

Step 8

Upload the files via the conference system

Upload the zip file ICWLXXXX.zip (from Step 7) through https://www.easychair.org/login.cgi?a=c01c046028ad;iid=10412

Note that the total size of your attachments should not exceed a certain threshold. If it is, then please email us and we need to seek an alternate arrangement for getting the files from you.

It is required that each accepted paper has at least one unique full registration (i.e., at non-student rate) before ***May 22nd*** in order for your paper to appear in the conference proceedings. Please indicate your paper ID on the registration form. You can find the link to the registration form on the ICWL 2009 conference web site.
