Authors are invited to submit original papers reporting on research results or novel applications in web-based learning. Papers for submissions should be formatted in single column of no more than 10 pages in single line spacing according to the Springer LNCS Authors Guideline for a double blind review. Any identification information about the authors should NOT be included in the manuscript to facilitate double blind review. All papers should be submitted in PDF format.
